JOB DESCRIPTION:
Compliance with safety rules required at every operation.
Quality inspection required at every operation.
This description represents the most significant job duties but does not exclude other work duties assigned or required but not mentioned, the inclusion of which would be conformity with the factor degrees assigned.
Work from prints, sketches, specifications, instructions to order and maintain stock, check coil dimensions, load, adjust reel, decoiler, feed, cut-off, facial bow, coolant, check work, monitor equipment, ensure absence of dents, scratches, roll marks, unacceptable defects; mix coolant, oil, clean dies, lubricate equipment, perform minor maintenance work, notify superior of unusual conditions, equipment malfunction, material discrepancies; load finished parts on carts, dispose of scrap, maintain equipment, work area in clean, orderly condition.
Perform duties to operate/maintain roll form equipment, able to make simple adjustments to maintain close tolerances and sizes. Not required to perform set-up functions.
Use all precision measuring instruments, gages, fixtures, machinists' common hand tools, power driven tools, appropriate material handling equipment.
Fill out production reports, daily logs, finished goods cards; store requisitions neatly and accurately. Must understand the importance and significance of each.
Must be perform and document all quality checks as required.
Must work overtime on short notice, as required.

Use simple arithmetic. Work from complicated prints, sketches, setup sheets, specifications, instructions. Use scale, square, gages, micrometer, vernier, indicator and other precision measurement instruments. Must have technical and problem solving skills.

Initiative and Ingenuity
Somewhat repetitive work. Duties to operate coil forming equipment on light gauge aluminum and steel coiled stock. Some judgement required to adjust to maintain close tolerances, make minor repairs, following prescribed routines and carrying out instructions.

Light physical effort, equivalent to frequently moving or handling light weight material up to 25 pounds, occasionally moving average weight material over 25 and up to 50 pounds and rarely moving heavy weight material over 50 pounds, assistance from others or lifting devices is available for material over 50 pounds.

Frequently moving or handling light weight material up to 25 pounds, occasionally moving average weight material over 25 and up to 50 pounds and rarely moving heavy weight material over 50 pounds, assistance from others or lifting devices is available for material over 50 pounds. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
