We currently have an opening for an Accountant.
The responsibilities include:
Compilation of monthly and quarterly financial statements for our small business clients.
Preparation of live payroll, quarterly payroll and year end payroll reports.
Must be proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite including Excel.
Experience preparing individual and business tax returns.
Applicant must:
Respond to client and firm associate requests in a timely, accurate, positive and professional manner.
Prepare and review client correspondence, letters, email, etc.
Have excellent communication skills and be able to directly communicate with clients,
have excellent problem solving and analytic skills.
4 year degree with 3 - 5 years experience working in Public Accounting.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
