CETUSA seeks a part-time manager for high school program. Manage a local team of Community Coordinators to place and supervise international exchange students. The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge/experience/attributes:

Writing/Word Processing/Emailing

Performing weekly team conference calls
Weekly 1-1 coaching and supervision calls
Holding a monthly meeting and training session
Recruiting qualified host families

Responsibilities:
Recruiting a team of qualified, trained coordinators
Training coordinators on your team by CETUSA standards, and by following the Department of State regulations.
Setting goals, benchmarks and working to achieve them
Attend training when required.
Attending workshops throughout the year
Managers responsibilities (include but not limited too)
Experience with quality J-1 Secondary School Program a plus! Salaried position, expense reimbursement, bonus structure and international travel incentive.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
