Located in scenic northwestern Wisconsin just 90 miles from Minneapolis, RLWS offers big city careers in a small town atmosphere. Due to continued growth, we are looking for several Technical Sales Engineers to join our Sales Team at our Corporate Headquarters in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.
The Technical Sales Engineer performs a variety of inside sales duties including answering technical sales calls from customers, responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, order verification, order entry, price, delivery queries, special quotes, application specifications and assisting them in any customer service situation. They also ensure that all customer interactions are professional and friendly. Finally, they must thrive in a team environment committed to world-class customer service.
Experience, Requirements & Skills:
Qualified applicants must have a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related electro-mechanical field.
Qualified applicants must have five (5) or more years of sales experience in weighing or related industry.
The selected candidate will befamiliar with windows based platforms and connectivity to external devices, SQL integration, wired and wireless networking, advanced PC support and troubleshooting, and have knowledge of Visual Basic and Pascal programming.
Advanced knowledge of electronic process controls and modern networks and tools.
The selected candidate will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, advanced interpersonal and organizational skills, and exceptional personal computing skills including Excel, Word, Internet and Outlook.
Finally, this person will be tech-savvy and familiar with current trends in mobile software applications.
